Maiden Group is a Christchurch based property development company that specialises in providing solutions to almost every conceivable property and building related issue. Our local team of dedicated professionals have a passion for helping Christchurch families get back on their feet.

Incorporated in response to the demand for damage assessment, reporting and cost estimation services arising from the Christchurch earthquakes, Maiden Group brings together 25 years of experience in design, construction, property development and project management.

In the aftermath of the September 2010 and February 2011 earthquakes, Maiden Group deployed five damage assessment teams to carry out damage and cost estimate reporting for residential and light commercial properties on behalf of a range of insurance companies.

Our focus has now shifted to providing comparative damage assessment, repair and project management services to ordinary Christchurch and Canterbury families who are facing difficulties with their insurer or with other earthquake recovery matters.

In conjunction with our subsidiary company, Maiden Construction Ltd, we pride ourselves in delivering tailored, professionally managed services that satisfy the requirements of insurers, while ensuring the best results for individual property owners.
