We are able to offer ‘right advice’ guidance to all manner of property and building related issues, including advocating for our clients in insurance and claims related matters. In all cases, we will only promote our services to our clients when we believe that they will add real value.

Our small team of friendly professionals begin by building a personal relationship with our clients. We work hard to understand the particular needs that they have – from how and when they wish to be contacted, right through to financing and building options.

Planning and Delivering Projects

Whether you are building, renovating or repairing, we provide a full service solution that encompasses every aspect of the project process. This begins with planning and scoping, where we can assist with the identification and purchase of land, budget setting, and fit out specifications. We also provide assistance with resource and building consents, and with specialist professional services such as engineering and geotechnical surveying.

For the build itself, we can consult with you on a range of standard products and options, or start from a blank sheet. In each case, we understand that there is no ‘one size fits all’ solution, and we will work with you throughout the build to ensure that the end result meets your needs.

Ensuring Satisfaction

Completing the build does not mean completing the project. As part of our full service commitment, we provide a comprehensive handover process which ensures that our customers are completely satisfied with every aspect of the build. This includes providing a completion and handover pack that includes warranty and user information for all fittings and manufacturer’s items.
